Cousins Pub was created by four friends Jay Thane, Ian Benbrooks, Brody Loughlin, and Trip McFall with the support of family, friends, and actual cousins here in the Gallatin Valley. We met working together at Bourbon BBQ and Cocktails, and as a restauranteur, chef, bartender, and dishwasher, we bonded over a shared vision: a place where everyone feels like family. Named to capture the warmth and community spirit we love, Cousins Pub is our take on a neighborhood gathering spot where you’ll feel like you’ve walked into Aunt Carol’s cozy living room any day of the week.
