Join senior BDC practitioners on Saturday April 19 from 9 AM to 12:30 PM to explore central teachings of our 2600 year old Buddhist tradition. This half day retreat will have a presentation, dialogue, meditation, practice, and time for questions. Great for those new to meditation and Buddhist practice. Seasoned practitioners are warmly encouraged as well. We will discuss the different lineages of Buddhism, the life of the Buddha, the Four Noble Truths, the Eightfold Path and the precepts.
