Bozeman Trail Connector
The Bozeman Trail Connector winds through Livingston’s rural west end for nearly a mile. The firm gravel pathway begins in the Northern Lights subdivision and heads northwest along Fleshman Creek to Fleshman Creek Road.
Along the way, look for wildlife and birds, especially in the wetland areas and by the two small lakes ringed in trees that the trail passes as it approaches its western terminus. You might see red-winged blackbirds, chickadees, mallards, deer, and beavers. The trail also runs between Jack Weimer Memorial Park and Mountain View Cemetery.
For a longer outing, head east from the trail’s east end only a short distance along quiet city roads to reach the Northside Soccer Fields and Livingston’s Bitterroot Trail.
The east end of the trail begins adjacent to Jack Weimer Memorial Park on Northern Lights Road.
