The 1st Annual Red Lodge Songwriter Festival has just been announced. Come celebrate summer and listen to some of the country’s best songwriters in Red Lodge, Montana for the first this first annual festival. This three-day event will feature four hit songwriters from Nashville, Tennessee along with eight of Montana and Wyoming’s best songwriters. The festival revolves around the creativity of James Dean Hicks, Tony Lane, Anthony Smith, and Montana’s own Kostas. Hear these artists perform their hit songs and tell the stories behind these songs that were recorded by chart topping artists the likes of George Strait, Tim McGraw, Patti Loveless, and others. The festival will take place June 23rd-25th in the mountain town of Red Lodge–“a quant little ski town with a drinking problem”–and five of its finest establishments.
