HRDC to offer Homebuyer Education class in Big Sky
On July 27th, HRDC’s Homeownership Center will offer their Homebuyer Education course in Big Sky, Montana.
HRDC’s Homeownership Center provides the only HUD-certified homebuyer education course in Gallatin County. The certificate received after the completion of the course may qualify participants for affordable housing and financial assistance opportunities.
The Homebuyer Education class will occur on Saturday, July 27th, from 9am to 5pm at the Big Sky Water and Sewer District Office, located at 561 Coyote Road. The course is available to anyone who would like to be more knowledgeable about many aspects of the home buying process. Those interested in taking the class can visit the HRDC website for more information and registration forms (find “Homebuyer Education” under the ‘How We Help’ menu).
