Join us for an Avalanche Awareness Talk, a one-hour intro to backcountry basics covering avalanche terrain recognition, the effect weather has on avalanche hazard, the development of mountain snowpack, decision-making skills, and basic search and rescue procedures. Perfect for anyone curious about venturing into the backcountry and ready to start building a foundation for safe travel. 50 cents from each pint will benefit the Friends of GNFAC!
