The Bozeman Ukulele Cabaret and Community Art Bozeman will host art walk fun in the parking lot of Sacks Thrift Store Friday, July 8. Community Art Bozeman will host a “musical easels” game that invites artists of all stripes to take turns working on paintings. Strummers from the Bozeman Ukulele Cabaret will provide the music. The public is invited to bring a ukulele and be part of this Art Walk Ukulele Flash Mob. Songbooks with chord charts are provided and loaner ukuleles will be on hand. Featured ukulele performers, Jeannette Skankin, “arguably the only ukulele reggae band in Bozeman that dresses like Montana’s historic congresswoman,” are also slated to make an appearance. All are welcome to stop by, sing along, watch the musical art follies, or pick up a brush and take part.
