Photographer Steve Horan Speaks About New Book,
PEOPLE OF YELLOWSTONE
Each two-page spread is a portrait in image and words. Steve Horan spent more than five years photographing over 120 people who work in and around Yelllowstone National Park. Eighty-seven of the best images will be included in the book. Ruth W. Crocker, an award-winning writer, has interviewed each portrait subject, including wranglers, researchers, snow coach drivers, bellhops, rangers, present and past park superintendents and many more. Her essays provide a narrative for the photographs and details of each person’s experience in the park.
