Livingston, the actual original entrance to the first national park in the world, Yellowstone, (twenty years before Gardiner) is going to have a wonderful celebration in DOWNTOWN Livingston complete with a parade at 4:00 and dedication of our 55′ x 20 mural at 4:45—all in downtown Livingston, the only Commercial District on the National Historic Register in the greater Yellowstone area. Because of its early relationship at the Yellowstone destination, Livingston has over 400 buildings on the National Historic Register as well as four Historic Districts.
If you don’t have a ticket to Gardiner (or even if you have) downtown Livingston is the place to be!
