In 79 AD, Mount Vesuvius’ catastrophic eruption destroyed the seaside villas of some of Rome’s wealthiest citizens. Come see the artifacts of leisure and luxury that are all that remain of Oplontis. MOR will be the only venue west of the Mississippi River to host this exhibit before the artifacts return to Italy.
