The HRDC’s Carnival is our PREMIERE fundraiser benefitting the entire family of services we offer the community. This fundraiser offers something for EVERYONE and is a fun, family friendly event that can’t be missed. Enjoy delicious food, games, inflatables, prizes, silent and live auction and a brief presentation from a customer in HRDC’s Youth Development Department whose life has been significanlty impacted by the HRDC Staff.
