Gallatin County Native Pollinator Garden Tour

Gallatin Conservation District is partnering with local residents to host a spectacular native garden lot tour at three spectacular gardens around the county in July. We will address a variety of land management and maintenance practices relating to pollinator gardens.

Peter Husbey, author of “Field Guide to Montana’s Wetland Vascular Plants” and other books, will give a tour of his own pollinator gardens, and speak on lawn management techniques for pollinators, converting to maintenance free yards, drought resistant grass, and horse grazing on small acreage plots.
