During the month of August, Bozeman artists, Grace Dyk and Geri Ward will be featured at the Artist’s Gallery in the Emerson Center for the Arts and Culture, 111 South Grand Ave, Suite 106, Bozeman, MT 59715.
Grace Dyk takes a realistic approach as she focuses on the words to “America the Beautiful” by Katharine Lee Bates. She has painted a few phrases of Bates’s poem using oils to explore the natural beauty of the Gallatin Valley landscape.
Ward’s show is “The Cat’s Meow”, featuring mostly small size whimsical watercolors of cats. Come by the gallery for a “paws that refreshes”, during the Art Walk, Friday, August 12, 5-8 p.m.
