The newly restored 1889 Barn has opened to the public featuring regular couples dinners, artist displays, as well as venue rental opportunities for Gallatin Valley-dwellers seeking an intimate space for family celebrations and unique gatherings.
Launching last month, the next round of Monthly Couples Dinners will take place Friday to Sunday, March 24th–26th, with seatings at 5:30pm and 7pm. The events begin upstairs with cocktails in the 1889 Barn loft, then move to the main level by way of spiral staircase for a seated dinner. Top off your meal with fireside dessert under the stars in the garden to sounds of the adjacent flowing creek. Food menu provided by From the Heart Foods. Tickets are sold per couple via Eventbrite and seating is limited.
Last year, 1889 proprietor and event connoisseur Patty Boyd decided the historical barn should be shared with the community. With more than a little work and a lot of heart, she resurrected the structure to its former glory and eagerly welcomes residents to see it for themselves.
The small events venue sits on 21 acres at the edge of Bozeman, in picturesque Gallatin Gateway. Whether you’re looking to host a family reunion, birthday party, anniversary celebration, work lunch, rehearsal dinner, intimate wedding, bridal shower or any other special gathering, the 1889 Barn endeavors to be a space for unforgettable experiences.
