Adam Paccione has joined Sola’s Red Tractor Pizza as Manager and Pizza Magician. He brings years of New York style tradition to the wood fired brick ovens at Red Tractor Pizza. In addition to throwing pies, Mr Paccione will be conducting classes and apprenticeships throughout the year.
Tiffany Lach is owner and operator of Sola Café, Sola’s Bakery and Red Tractor Pizza in Bozeman, Montana. She has spent her life as entrepreneur, creating enlivening places for communities to gather. Sola Café, now in its sixth year, as well as its resultant satellite operations are the culmination of these efforts. Lach has created a thriving network of businesses, employing more than fifty people in the Gallatin Valley while contributing significantly to the local food producers’ economy. She maintains her dedication to pairing quality with profitability all while celebrating the arts of outstanding food, coffee, and service.
