International Folk Dancing
Folk dancing is a social activity that gives you some easy exercise while enjoying the music and rhythm of dances from other cultures. No prior experience needed. Come alone or bring a friend. All are welcome, including children who can keep up with the group. The steps for each dance will be taught first, then we dance together to the music.
