Downtown Bozeaman’s mainstay the Ellen Theatre is forever ripe with big screen entertainment and the upcoming weeks are no different!
Here’s a look at what’s coming up in February. Hey, movie fans, on Saturday, February 20th, it’s the return of Ellen Theatre Trivia Nights, with a special screening of The Princess Bride. Celebrate this iconic film and all the characters, quips, and romance that make it one of the most beloved and memorable motion pictures of all time. Experience The Princess Bride as it was originally intended–on the big silver screen. Trivia questionnaires will be available in the lobby beginning at 6pm.
All answers must be submitted prior to the start of the film, scheduled for 7pm, and winners will be posted in the lobby at the conclusion of the evening. So brush-up on all things Buttercup and prepare to be stumped! All seats for this fantastic, fairy-tale event are $5 and may be purchased online at TheEllenTheatre.com. As always, soft drinks, candy, popcorn, and other refreshments will be available in the lobby.
A Hitchcock Double Feature will follow on Saturday, February 27th beginning at 7pm. This throwback evening will see Cary Grant and Grace Kelly in To Catch a Thief.
