The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Montana State University will host a virtual Friday Forum focused on health in Gallatin County. “Community Health: Painting the Picture of Health in Gallatin County” will be held via Zoom on Friday, September 13th, from noon to 1:30pm. The event is free and open to the public.
Kami Kirchberg, system manager of community health improvement and partnerships at Bozeman Health, and Kate Batchelder, accreditation and health equity coordinator at the Gallatin City-County Health Department, will explore the county’s health issues, discuss how the county and Bozeman Health prioritize these conditions and outline strategies to mitigate their impact.
OLLI at MSU Friday Forums occur the second Friday of the month from September through May. Registration can be made on the OLLI at MSU registration system for current OLLI members. Participants must register by 11am on Friday, Sept. 13th. For non-OLLI members who do not want to use the registration system or wish to register after registrations close, registration must be completed directly through Zoom. Upon registration confirmation, participants will receive an email with the Zoom link and instructions on how to join the program.
