Mountains Walking aims to serve tasty beers that can only be made by harnessing Bozeman’s climate, altitude, native yeasts, and other naturally occurring ingredients. Brewing is a harmonious mash-up of tradition and innovation, and Mountains Walking intends to make everything from classic lagers to bright and hoppy IPAs to sours and mixed fermentation. Current tap selections include the Cobbled Road Pilsner, Apricot Sour Kettle Sour, Grazing Clouds New England IPA, Gallatin Roar Triple IPA, and the darker, robust Barley Wine, and many more. The constantly evolving Mountains Walking tap list features a beer for every taste.
And don’t forget the incredible food! The crown jewel of the Mountains Walking kitchen is its hand-built stone wood-burning oven, utilized by the chefs to seek out new flavor combinations using the freshest ingredients available. Worth noting, their fermented crust wood-fired pizzas have quickly become a favorite. Whether you’re looking for something to nibble on or a lavish feast, the Mountains Walking kitchen is always ready to serve.
