Live acoustic music is a staple every weekend at Norris Hot Springs. Talented local, regional and nationally recognized musicians bring their craft to the poolside stage for intimate live shows every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night beginning at 7pm. Hot springs visitors can enjoy premier music in an intimate and unique Montana setting, while soaking in hot, mineral-rich, artesian spring water.
Kristin Lundell follows on Friday, December 13th. The local singer/songwriter and guitarist performs catchy, melodic rock originals inspired by the likes of Veruca Salt, Juliana Hatfield, and The Beatles. She’ll also have the audience singing along as she puts her spin on hits that span the decades.
Soak to the sounds of Tom Kirwan on Saturday, December 14th. He performs a blend of folk country and Americana. Tom’s songs evoke nostalgia of long-ago dreams and people, while weaving stories of human longing both past and present.
Roots rock duo Acoustic Roll heads to Norris on Sunday, December 15th. Comprised of Rod Morrison and Mike Voeller, they’ll bring their guitar and percussion based acoustic music to the poolside stage. Expect to hear mellow sounds from the 60s and 70s (Stones, Beatles, Clapton, James Taylor, The Who, Dylan, Young) mixed with tasty jams and original tunes.
Come for a soak, stay for an immersion into something beyond the realm of everyday life. Let Norris be a place of restoration for the body and soul. For operating hours, menus and the complete music calendar, visit www.norrishotsprings.com. Follow on Facebook and Instagram (@NorrisHotSprings). •
