Looking for ways to optimize your health this Spring? Broken Ground will be offering a workshop on Growing a Green Juice Garden on Thursday, April 21st from 6:30-8:30pm in Bozeman.
This workshop will cover how to grow some of the most popular and beneficial ingredients in green juices including kale, spinach, bok choy, mixed greens, cilantro, mint, carrots, summer squash and cucumbers. Learn the benefits of these vegetables and different alkalinizing recipes for optimal health. Co-taught with Holistic Nutrition Consultant, Megan Ulrichs, from Spring Integrative Health, this workshop will give you the tools to grow some of the most nutrient dense foods while helping combat exhaustion and inflammation in your body.
