Fairy Creek Photo Adventure: Macro Class & Field Shoot
You’ve heard of Voice Coaches, Life Coaches and Sports Coaches. How about Photography Coaching? That’s what you get in this macro-photography workshop led by Jon Shaver of F-11 Photo. On Friday, June 24th, learn the essentials because essentials give you the basis to get creative. Have fun practicing with amazing loaner lenses from Tamron, then get coached on your best work during the critique at the end of the day. Now add amazing light to your new skill set. Saturday morning, rain or shine, head up to Fairy Creek starting at 5:00 a.m. for more coaching from Jon, along with Doug Bundren of F-11 Photo, John Carson of Tamron and photographer Bob Sisk. Flowers? Hummingbirds? Big vistas? Whatever excites you. Choose your favorite images and finish the workshop with more coaching. Head home around 1:30 PM, satiated, satisfied and with the confidence to practice more macro photography on your own.
