Workshop: Balance and Object Manipulation with Paúl Gomex

Join 406Cirque founder Paúl Gomex in a movement laboratory.
Participants explore the fundamentals of object manipulation through techniques drawn from circus arts and physical theater.
In this workshop, participants will have a chance to explore the rehearsal and research techniques being used in 406Cirque’s upcoming show Algorithm. No prior experience necessary.
Attendees are encouraged to bring 3 objects of different textures and physical characteristics. Suggested objects include non-breakable household items, such as a collander, a broom, or a laundry basket.
