Women’s Wild Game Butchering Workshop

Learn how to properly butcher wild game in a fun and supportive environment with other women who share your passion for hunting and cooking! Sierra Jepsen of Butcher Solutions, LLC will be leading a butchering demonstration of a mule deer. You will learn traditional and innovative cuts of meat, knife sharpening techniques, meat care tips, and all the tools and knowledge needed to confidently cut your own wild game at home.

4:00 – 5:30 PM : Knife Sharpening
Bring your dull knives and Sierra will sharpen them for you.
($10/knife, first come first served).
5:30 – 7:00 PM : Cutting Demonstration
Sierra will walk attendees through how to make the most of your wild game in an engaging meat cutting demonstration.
