This informal, welcoming group with peer-to-peer support provides a safe environment to discuss finding safety, overcoming guilt and shame, restoring your identity, and more.
Are you ready to overcome your trauma and step towards a brighter future?
Dinner and childcare will be provided.
This group will meet weekly on Thursdays, starting March 6th and ending May 29th, from 6pm-8:30pm.
Pre-registration is required.
