Join Museum of the Rockies as we celebrate National Fossil Day! Explore the Siebel Dinosaur Complex as our Exhibitions and Paleontology Departments will have special booths throughout the exhibition hall and engage with our fossil preparators in the Bowman Viewing Lab for Q&A sessions. Be sure to attend our talks in the Hager Auditorium from paleoartist Jennifer Hall and John R. Horner Curator of Paleontology, Dr. John Scannella. Come celebrate paleontology with us at Museum of the Rockies!
Talk Schedule
11 a.m. | Jennifer Hall, will present on her career as an artist and how she made the artwork for the Montana Dinosaur Trail Posters.
1 p.m. | Dr. John Scannella, will present on MOR’s successful 12-week field season, which took our paleo team all over the State and over 70 million years of geologic time.
