English & Scottish Country Dancing

Fun for the entire family. No experienced needed. All dances will be taught.|If you have ever watched Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth Bennet dance in the film “Pride and Prejudice,” then you have seen English Country dancing. Of course we won’t be dressed up like that. Come dressed however you like. We will also do Scottish Country dances that won’t require a lot of fancy footwork, as well as traditional folk dances from other countries. These dances will basically be walking in figures to beautiful music. This is a free event at the library, in the community room.
