ONLINE retreat – Untangling Patterns of Reactivity

The Bozeman Insight Community invites you to join an online half-day retreat on Saturday June 21 from 10 AM to 1 PM with guest speaker nico hase. nico will offer reflections and practices that help us understand where reactivity comes from, and how to gradually release its grip. The session will begin with an opening conversation, followed by alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation with time for questions and dialogue. Zoom only.
