April 30 @ 5:30pm
The second meeting of the YGM book club will discuss George Bumann’s Eavesdropping on Animals. Bumann, a Park County resident, draws on his experience as an ecologist, artist, and even hunter to help demystify the complex and sophisticated world of animal communication. His book balances scientific research and personal experience to offer practical advice on how we can become more attuned to the natural chorus that surrounds us.
The book club is new and small, and we welcome all members! Come check it out and enjoy an evening of friendly and thoughtful conversation on a topic with deep local relevance.
Weather permitting, we’ll meet at the tables outside the museum. (Weather prohibiting, we be in one of the upstairs galleries.) Light snacks served.
