Dahl to present free Wellness Wednesday online series
All are welcome to join Dahl’s free weekly Wellness Wednesdays video series discussing a wide range of tools and subjects – from self-care to stages of grieving – to build resiliency and actively engage in your own wellness during this unprecedented time of stress.
The free series on Wednesdays at 11 am is live on Dahl Funeral & Cremation Service’s Facebook page and lasts about 20 minutes. Series presenter Lorca Smetana is on the faculty of the Human Leadership Development Program at MSU and each week features guest speakers who are leaders in their field. Videos are archived and free to view online at dahlcares.com. •
