HRDC Community Action Speaker Series Continues

Next Tuesday, April 5th join us for a presentation by Bonnie Sachatello-Sawyer.  She is the founder and executive director of the Bozeman-based nonprofit Hopa Mountain, an organization dedicated to investing in rural and tribal citizen leaders who strive to improve educational, ecological, and economic development in their hometowns.

“In every community, there are ‘citizen leaders’ who step forward when others need help,” writes Sachatello-Sawyer. “Hopa Mountain…recognizes the critical role these leaders play in community vitality.”
Sachatello-Sawyer will share citizen leader stories, including those of youth and adults, and discuss why investing in such leaders is “essential for sustained community improvement.”

The Community Cafe is located at 302 North 7th.  Guests are invited to come early and enjoy a meal at the Cafe. Everyone is welcome at our delicous and unique “pay what you can”Cafe.
