Parenting and Caregiving as the Path
Parenthood and caregiving are abundant with opportunities for Buddhist practice in metta, generosity, patience, and letting go. This day daylong retreat, on Saturday February 14 from 9:30 AM to 3 PM will be held both online and in-person with guest teacher Cara Lai.
