Treat visiting family, friends to night of live Eagles music & libations
It’s already December and there’s plenty of reasons to unwind with a night at Downtown Bozeman’s Eagles Bar. The local watering hole remains home to a steady schedule of Wednesday acoustics and weekend jamming. Here’s who’s helping FOE finish off 2021 with a resounding bang.
The next midweek acoustics will feature the stylings of local favorite Mathias on Dec. 8th. With powerful vocals and a percussive guitar style, he’s known for his dynamic live performances full of acoustic folk, rock, and funk tunes.

Close 2 Toast take the stage Dec. 10th and 11th. Formed from all the right elements found within the Gallatin Valley comes a band like no other, with songs to warm your heart, make you cry and dance.
Also on Dec. 11th, head up to the ballroom for the next in the Ibiza Sound Club monthly dance series. Let loose like no one’s watching to electronic house, progressive, techno and trance music. Music runs from 8pm to midnight. Admission is $10. 21+.
Luke Flansburg entertains Dec. 15th. He’ll bring a wide variety of music ranging from funk to rock to blues. Also a member of Pinky & the Floyd, Tsunami Funk and MOTH, prepare for a fun set of covers and originals that will span the genres.
Local folk-rockers Red Glow Buffalo return Dec. 17th and 18th. The band ignites the audience with exciting shows, fun lyrics, and catchy melodies. They perform originals paired with covers ranging from Snoop Dogg and The Pixies to Stone Temple Pilots and more.
Singer/songwriter Hannah Jo Lally shows off her stuff on Dec. 29th. Visiting from Reed Point, enjoy an evening of country cuts and distinctive originals.
Ring in the new year with an energetic Live DJ on the final night of the year, Dec. 31st. Celebrate the close of 2021 with music, dancing and plenty of adult beverages!
Thirsty Thursday belongs to Living the Dream Karaoke, setting up at FOE weekly. Sing your heart out and cheer on your friends! Sign-ups start at 9pm.
Make it a date with the Bridger Mountain Big Band on Sunday evenings. The ensemble performs regularly at 7pm. The 17-piece jazz orchestra celebrates the music of Duke Ellington, Count Basie, and more, with original arrangements and music of all genres from the 1900s to today. Acoustic Wednesdays start at 8pm and weekend bands are on at 9pm, unless otherwise noted. Head downtown for some great live music or stop in for a drink any day of the week. •
