Whether you’re itching for a midweek cocktail with a side of tunes or ready to blow off some steam when the weekend finally hits, Downtown Bozeman’s Eagles Bar has your fix. FOE also hosts a Bluegrass Jam night, karaoke and the long-standing Sunday show with the multi-piece Bridger Mountain Big Band.
Luke Flansburg brings a solo show on September 7th. He’ll bring a wide variety of music ranging from funk to rock to blues. Also a member of Pinky & the Floyd, Tsunami Funk and MOTH, prepare for a fun set of covers and originals that will span the genres.
Enjoy a night of folk rock and blues for the soul with Under the Umbrella Sept. 9th and 10th. The trio performs original tunes and favorites by the likes of Lucinda Williams, John Prine, Steve Earl and Nancy Griffith, among others.
The next midweek set comes courtesy of Hannah Jo Lally on Sept. 14th. A regular performer in Southwest Montana, she’ll perform a selection of country cuts and distinctive originals.
Check out The Disruptors Sept. 16th and 17th. The high energy band does their darndest to get audiences singing along with their wide selection of rock n’ roll tunes from the ‘60s to now.
Take in the acoustic stylings of local favorite Mathias on Sept. 21st. With powerful vocals and a percussive guitar style, he’s known for his dynamic live performances full of acoustic folk, rock, and funk tunes.
Act a fool to the trailer trash rock, country and Irish tunes of Ornery Jacks Sept. 23rd and 24th. The foursome will have the audience on their feet until the cows come home.
Mario Miner Jr. of two-piece rock n’ roll project Gallatin Ghost Train performs a solo set on Sept. 28th. Expect an evening of blues-skewing tunes and some original songs.
Take part in the Eagles’ weekly Bluegrass Jam Session on Monday nights. Take a seat and enjoy, or bring an instrument and join in! The event begins at 7pm.
Exercise your pipes with Karaoke Night sponsored by Bozeman’s Best Entertainment Group, setting up at FOE every Thursday. Sing your heart out and cheer on your friends! Sign-ups start at 9pm.
Make sure to check out Bridger Mountain Big Band on Sunday nights. The ensemble performs at 7pm. The 17-piece jazz orchestra celebrates the music of Duke Ellington, Count Basie and more, with original arrangements and music of all genres from the 1900s to today.
