Tickets are now on sale for Yellowstone Ballet Company’s 25th anniversary special Nutcracker ballet,The Nutcracker vs. The Grinch. The innovative production combines the classic Nutcracker ballet with a visit by the Grinch who schemes to ruin the festivities with Max, his dog.
Arikadiy Orohovsky will dance the role of the Grinch. Orohovsky trained at the Kiev State Choreographic School in Kiev, Ukraine. Upon graduation he danced with the Kiev State Institute of Culture, the Royal Scottish Ballet and Houston Ballet. He is the recipient of a bronze medal at the Serge Lifar International Ballet Competition.
A Cindy Lou Who costume contest will take place during intermission. So get out your sewing kit and make something special for your favorite little one.
There are two shows, one Saturday, December 19th at 4:00 p.m. and a second on Sunday, December 20th at 4:00 p.m. at Willson Auditorium. Tickets are on sale at www.yellowstone ballet.
