After-work cold ones are essential to Bozemanites, with Downtown Bozeman’s Eagles Bar ready to serve every night of the week. The local tavern is also home to a steady schedule of Wednesday acoustics and weekend jamming. Here’s who’s performing in the coming weeks.
Take in the acoustic stylings of local favorite Mathias on April 2nd. With powerful vocals and a percussive guitar style, he’s known for his dynamic live performances full of acoustic folk, rock, and funk tunes.
Enjoy the original country rock of Dead Yellers on April 4th and 5th. Founded by frontman Peter King, the music follows a theme of courage in the face of adversity, delivered in an upbeat, western roots format, ultimately leaving the audience feeling hopeful and happy. Sometimes joined by fiddle, pedal steel, bass and harmonica, this group always brings something unique to their performances.
Poison Lovers guitarist and vocalist Robert Lethert delivers a solo show on April 9th. Expect a blend of old school country and contemporary Americana. His strong gravely voice will perfectly complement your evening at the downtown tavern.
Next up, mosh with rockers Parahellion on April 11th and 12th. The up-and-coming Bozeman band have quickly made a name for themselves on the local scene, with energetic riff-heavy shows worthy of an audience ready to blow off some steam.
Mario Miner Jr. of two-piece rock n’ roll project Gallatin Ghost Train performs on April 16th. Expect an evening of blues-skewing tunes and some original songs.
The Disruptors deliver a pair of shows on April 18th and 19th. The high energy band does their darndest to get audiences singing along with their wide selection of rock n’ roll tunes from the ‘60s to now.
Luke Flansburg fronts a solo show on April 23rd. He’ll bring a wide variety of music ranging from funk to rock to blues. Also a member of Pinky & the Floyd, Tsunami Funk and MOTH, prepare for a fun set of covers and originals that will span the genres.
Next up is Butte’s Basketball Jones on April 25th and 26th. The power trio is comprised of Pete Heidt on guitar, bassist Scott Murphy and drummer Jock Holmes. Each band member contributes vocals for an eclectic evening of harmonies and crowd interaction.
BLKWRM closes out another month of live music on April 30th. His music is inspired by R&B and soul, paired with the folky feel of the emo music he discovered as a teenager. Blending it all into a vibey-forward live looping set.
Laugh it up every Monday with the Eagles’ Comedy Open Mic Night. Whether you’re a spectator or have a few jokes of your own, sets begin at 8pm.

The 17-piece jazz orchestra celebrates the music of Duke Ellington, Count Basie and more, with original arrangements and music of all genres from the 1900s to today.
