The frigid winter elements are returning to Southwest Montana, calling for any opportunity to warm up. Plan a weekend trip to Paradise for a chance to soak the joints, feast on some delicious grub and enjoy live music in the Saloon. Here’s what’s coming up this month.
Next up is Helena’s Ten Years Gone on November 8th and 9th. The band is all about performing great, danceable music – everything from classic rock to alternative, funk, country, pop and dance. They always bring a crowd and an excellent sound.
Also in from Helena, Three Eyed Jack visits the Saloon Nov. 15th and 16th. The classic and country rock trio features the talents of Mike Killeen (guitar), John Parr (bass) and Tim Borsberry (drums). Book your rooms and head over to Chico for a good ole lively time!
Shakedown County returns for back-to-back performances on Nov. 22nd and 23rd. Visiting from Great Falls, the foursome is one of Montana’s favorite country dance bands that delivers audiences energetic renditions of all the classics and beyond. Expect a supercharged night of country-rock.
Under the Bleachers rock the house Nov. 29th and 30th. The band consists of Scott Williams (guitar), Tim Borsberry (drums), and Chris Heisel (bass). They have an intensely diverse song list, a result of their diverse origins. Tim hails from Helena, Chris from Great Falls, and Scott is a transplant from Los Angeles. A look over the band’s song list will show they keep up with today’s hits – and have been playing yesterday’s since they were a ‘hit’ the first time!
Live Saloon music begins at 9pm, unless otherwise noted. Chico Hot Springs is located in Pray, 20 miles south of Livingston. For more information, visit www.chicohotsprings.com. •
