The highly anticipated Red Ants Pants Music Festival returns to the Jackson Ranch, just outside White Sulphur Springs, the weekend of July 26th–29th. Adding to the excitement, festival organizers recently announced the ‘2018 Side Stage Lineup’ who will join headliners Dwight Yoakam, Pam Tillis and Lorrie Morgan. This year’s rising stars will include Band of Drifters, Bo DePeña, Chris Molitor, Jennifer Niceley, Katie Buxton, Larry Kiff, Lena Rich, The Lonesome Heroes, Matt Strachan and the Hoot Owls, The Nesters, Raina Wallace, Rocky Bottom, Russ Chapman, and more. No lull will befall the weekend of live entertainment thanks to these amazing artists!
This year’s main stage lineup will also include Shovels & Rope, Steep Canyon Rangers, Junior Brown, Jim Lauderdale, Chancey Williams and the Younger Brothers Band, The Secret Sisters, HONEYHONEY, Lindi Ortega, among others. In all, the festival includes a free kick-off street dance, 16 main stage and 14 side stage performances.
In its eighth year, the music festival benefits the Red Ants Pants Foundation, a nonprofit organization in support of women’s leadership, working farms and ranches, and rural communities. Held in a cow pasture on the Jackson Ranch, and surrounded by the Big Belt, Little Belt, and Castle Mountain ranges, the festival will bring in more than two dozen different artists performing on separate stages. The weekend-long, grassroots, honky-tonkin’ music festival brings in millions of dollars to the rural economy.
