With three performances set for June 9th–11th, Raison D’être Dance Project will present a collection of miscellaneously inspired pieces at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds. “WORKS: misc.” will begin at 7pm on Friday and Saturday, followed by a Sunday matinee at 4pm.
Join Raison D’être on a summery evening for a unique performance featuring six choreographers premiering new work created for this performance. Each choreographer had free rein to create whatever their muse visited them with. Music ranges from choral works written in 1589, to Nine Inch Nails and Blick Bassy.
The space will be transformed with a 3/4 thrust 32×32′ stage, lighting design, bar service and a dinner theater experience. General admission seating will be on bleachers, with ADA seating at ground level. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own seat cushion for comfort. Cash bar and concessions will be available to all patrons (cash bar requires ID). VIP tables include a 3-course meal catered by Claudia’s Mesa featuring charcuterie, a gluten free entrée and an assortment of desserts with gluten free options. Wine pairings are available for pre-purchase.
