With six performances set for August 22nd–31st, Raison D’être Dance Project will present a preview performance and proof-of-concept for its next major two-act production at RDE’s “Ground Control.” The Metal + Mozart Project Pitch will begin at 7pm on Thursday and Friday, followed by a Saturday matinee at 4pm.
RDE choreographers are developing work to the music of Mozart and various metal bands, resulting in genre-bending pieces that explore the intersection and opposition of these musical styles. This version of the show will be an intimate audience experience.
