Announced for late this month, Mountains Walking Brewery, Molly Casto Yoga and Lululemon have joined forces to present “Empower & Elevate” – A Pop-Up Yoga Event on Saturday, March 25th. The weekend gathering will be held from 9:30–11am in celebration of International Women’s Day. The event will benefit the work of local nonprofit HAVEN.
Join Bozeman yoga teacher and Lululemon Ambasssdor, Molly Casto at Mountains Walking Brewery for movement, mindfulness and connection for a cause! Casto will lead an all-levels yoga class and guided meditation the morning of the event. Lululemon will be on site with fun door and raffle prizes.
All registration fees will directly benefit HAVEN and their work providing safe intervention for survivors of domestic violence, sex trafficking and stalking in Gallatin County. Members of the HAVEN team will be on-site to share important information about crisis and prevention programs in an effort to educate participants on how to support and elevate the voices and experiences of survivors.
Registration includes Yoga class, guided meditation, presentation from HAVEN, private access to the tap room for 30 minutes after class, and 10% off any dine-in food or beverage items (personal consumption only) or merchandise. Extra yoga mats will be available to borrow if you don’t have your own.
Registration available on a sliding scale, with a suggested minimum donation of $20. Visit www.eventbrite.com (search “Empower & Elevate”) to RSVP.
HAVEN works to serve fellow community members who have survived domestic violence, sexual assault, sex trafficking and stalking.
