Two of country music’s brightest stars will bring performances to Bozeman as part of their national tours this month. Thomas Rhett performs Friday, October 7th, as part of his “Bring the Bar to You Tour” with special guests Parker McCollum and Conner Smith. Cody Johnson follows with a show on Saturday, Oct. 29th, with support by the Steel Woods. Both concerts begin at 7:30pm.
Ten years after signing his first record deal, arena-packing superstar Thomas Rhett — dubbed “the most reliable maker of No. 1 singles in country music” (Variety) — has 18 multi-platinum and gold-certified No. 1 hits, 12 billion streams and the longest current active streak of consecutive No. 1s in the format. Declared “a prince in the genre” (USA Today), he has been honored with eight ACM Awards including Entertainer of the Year, two CMA Awards, five GRAMMY Award nominations, plus trophies from the CMT Music Awards, Billboard Awards and iHeartRadio Awards. The superstar’s sixth studio album Where We Started is available now. Inspired by family, friends and love of the outdoors, Thomas Rhett founded the Dos Primos Tequila Company alongside his cousin in 2018.
Human: The Double Album, the sophomore release from platinum recording artist Cody Johnson, is a massive endeavor stacked top to bottom with songs originally rejected by other Nashville artists, for what Johnson considers as being too country for country. Human follows his first major-label release, Ain’t Nothin’ to It, which skyrocketed to No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums. Also released, Dear Rodeo: The Cody Johnson Story is a film showcasing Johnson’s real-life journey from the dusty rodeo arenas of rural Texas to some of the biggest musical stages in America, explaining how his years on the rodeo circuit fortuitously prepared him for his life as a country star.
Tickets for Thomas Rhett range from $50–$100, or $43–$128 for Cody Johnson and are available now at www.ticketswest.com and the Fieldhouse box office. •
