For its early summer production, Open Door Theatre is proud to present Tom Griffin’s The Boys Next Door. An off-Broadway success, this very funny yet very touching play is set in New England and deals with four men with various mental disabilities who live in a group home. Under the supervision of an earnest, but increasingly burned out social worker, we get to know these men through brief vignettes of their lives over a two month period.
Under the direction of Stephanie Campbell, Boys Next Door performances will run June 1st–17th with showtimes on Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30pm, followed by a 3pm Sunday matinee. All will be held at the Kaleidoscope Playhouse, 1602 W Beall St., in Bozeman.
