OLLI at MSU to host Nov. 12 Friday Forum on medical services in Bozeman

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Montana State University will present “Medical Services in Bozeman: Challenges of Serving a Growing Community” for its next Friday Forum. The event will take place noon to 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 12. It is free and open to the public.
Lauren Nowak, executive director of regional operations for Billings Clinic, Darci Bentson, chief administrative officer and general counsel at Bozeman Health, and Lander Cooney, CEO of Community Health Partners, will participate in a panel discussion about rapid population growth in the Bozeman area and its impact on medical services.
The panelists will discuss how the medical community is responding to growth through expansion with greater diversity in services and providers. They will also touch on the unique challenges created by the COVID-19 pandemic and why understanding these challenges from the perspective of health care providers is important for community support.

Friday Forums are offered on the second Friday of each month, September through May, by the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at MSU.
