An early month show featuring www.TWANG is set for Saturday, June 7th. Enjoy a night of real country music for a wild Western good time with a 7:30pm start time. Tickets for this show are $12. Dinner will be available for purchase beginning at 6:30pm. Doors at 6pm.
The truck drivin’, heart breakin’, honky-tonk dance band has been offering up real country music to their fans for decades. These guys take no prisoners and leave nothing but happy dancers in their wake. Don’t miss their “real deal, premium country music” show!
Next month, country artist David Lee Murphy performs on July 12th. The music begins at 7:30pm. Tickets begin at $50.
Best recognized by his massive hit single “Dust on the Bottle,” he’s also known as one of country music’s best songwriters. He has written songs for superstar artists like Kenny Chesney, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Florida Georgia Line, Keith Urban, Brad Paisley, Brooks & Dunn and Hank Williams, Jr., among others. He was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame class of 2003.
Murphy developed his musical style as a teenager in Southern Illinois, studying the sounds of such “outlaw” country musicians as Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson. He was also deeply influenced by southern rock bands such as Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Allman Brothers and ZZ Top. His latest full-length, No Zip Code, yielded the #1 single and duet with Chesney, “Everything’s Gonna Be Alright,” and earned Murphy his first CMA Award for Musical Event of the Year.
Looking ahead, the Ranch has announced additional summer shows with a Garth Brooks Ultimate Hits Tribute on July 18th, the Cheyenne Dance Band July 19th, and Dailey & Vincent on July 26th. Anne Wilson is set for August 29th, Kyle Shobe & the Walk ‘Em Boys Aug. 30th and Crazy Mountain Express on September 12th, with more to be announced. Stay tuned for additional details.
