Southwest Montana’s “Last Best Live Music Venue & Dance Hall” continues their summer slate with a number of upcoming performances. Music Ranch Montana offers covered and outdoor seating for every show with the largest dance floor in the region. It’s the perfect place to take in acts true to the genre.
Country artist David Lee Murphy performs on July 12th. Tickets begin at $50.
Best recognized by his massive hit single “Dust on the Bottle,” he’s also known as one of country music’s best songwriters. Murphy developed his musical style as a teenager in Southern Illinois, studying the sounds of such “outlaw” country musicians as Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson. He was also deeply influenced by southern rock bands such as Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Allman Brothers and ZZ Top. His latest full-length, No Zip Code, yielded the #1 single and duet with Kenny Chesney, “Everything’s Gonna Be Alright,” and earned Murphy his first CMA Award for Musical Event of the Year.
Enjoy a Garth Brooks Ultimate Hits Tribute on July 18th. Tickets start at $32.
Fronted by master impersonator Elton Lammie, his performance will have you questioning if it’s the REAL Garth Brooks up on stage. With over 20 no. 1 hits in his career, Brooks’ legacy is fully covered in this spectacular show.
Check out the Cheyenne Dance Band on July 19th. Tickets are $12.
Visiting from the north, the terrific country dance band from Canada offers plenty of reasons to get up and move. Gather your friends, put on your dancing boots and enjoy a fantastic night of music.
Late this month, Dailey & Vincent take the stage on July 26th. Tickets start at $50.
Jamie Dailey and Darrin Vincent (and their world-class band) offer a unique and modernized spin on American music, with USA Today describing their music as “the best of country, bluegrass and gospel this side of heaven.” In concert, their concoction of fantastically instinctive vocal blends of Dailey’s tenor and Vincent’s reedy harmonies has gained them well-deserved praise for their own distinctive style and worldwide recognition as American music gold.
Looking ahead, the Ranch has announced additional summer shows by Anne Wilson on August 29th, Kyle Shobe & the Walk ‘Em Boys Aug. 30th and Crazy Mountain Express on September 12th. Stay tuned for additional details.
