Montana State University is suggesting routes that will help students moving to campus Aug. 24-26 to navigate traffic patterns changed for the university’s annual move-in period.
MSU officials have notified all incoming freshmen with instructions for efficient alternate routes. A map to recommended routes is posted online.
MSU expects that nearly 4,000 students will move into university residence halls during the traditional three-day move-in period.
James Tobin, assistant director for MSU Residence Life, said that this year MSU has assigned check-in times to all students checking into residence halls. Freshmen have been assigned times from 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Aug. 24. Returning students may check in after 3:30 p.m. on that day. More information may be found on the Residence Life Move-In Day webpage:
