The Warren Miller Performing Arts Center is delivering Southwest Montana audiences plenty of opportunities to experience live stage entertainment in Big Sky this snowy season.

An evening of art and performance by the talented local women of Big Sky, produced and curated by local art dynamos Klaudia Kosiak, Elizabeth McRae and Jill Bough. Come celebrate the artistic achievements of the women who call this community home, featuring paintings, mixed media and musical performance. This year’s theme is “Timeless.”
Following on Thursday and Friday, December 14th–15th, enjoy local youth perform holiday musical White Christmas. Show time is 7pm both nights. Run time is 120 minutes. All-ages tickets range $15–$25.
Get ready for the holidays, folks! Local high school thespians of Big Sky dance, sing and dazzle to your delight in this snowy classic. In the play, veterans Bob Wallace and Phil Davis have a successful song-and-dance act after World War II. With romance in mind, the two follow a duo of beautiful singing sisters en route to their Christmas show at a Vermont lodge, which just happens to be owned by Bob and Phil’s former army commander. With a dazzling score featuring well-known standards including “Blue Skies,” “I Love a Piano,” “How Deep Is the Ocean” and the perennial title song, White Christmas is an uplifting, wholesome musical that will delight audiences of all ages.
Late this month, experience the acrobatic reverie of Cirque-tacular on Wednesday, December 27th. The performance begins at 7:30pm. All-ages early bird tickets range $22–$39.
Journey into a glittering wonderland with a spectacle of acrobatics, athleticism and just a little bit of whimsical winter magic. Cirque-tacular is a New York City-based performing arts group that features the nation’s most elite talent in acrobatics, aerialists and specialty acts. They bring their dazzling family-friendly spectacle to Big Sky to kick off the winter season.
