The Livingston Depot Foundation is bringing back the well-known Wine & Beer Tasting for its 18th year, Thursday, November 9th from 6–9pm at the Livingston Depot Center.
This signature event is both an important fundraiser for the Depot Center and a great time to get together with friends in the community. The Wine & Beer Tasting showcases beers by regional craft brewers and specialty wines from around the world, expertly picked by The Gourmet Cellar located within the Depot Center. A wide variety of silent auction items by artists and businesses will be offered during the evening. Auction items include overnight getaways, fine art, quality dining, Montana experiences and more.
The Livingston Depot Foundation depends on community support to sustain its historic preservation and educational mission at the heart of Livingston and Park County. The beautiful historic former Northern Pacific rail station serves as both a museum and community center. Now in service to the community for over three decades, the Depot has been popular with guests and visitors for years and is a credit to the members and friends who continue their support, anchoring the downtown and introducing guests to area history and character each year.
The Depot Foundation’s trustees express their particular appreciation to the businesses and individuals who support this event through sponsorship, silent auction donations and other assistance.
Tickets for the event are limited and advance purchase is highly recommended. The main event from 7–9pm is $50, and a “sneak peak” hour is available from 6–7pm for an additional $25. A new feature, the “sneak peak” hour will entertain guests with passed hors d’oeuvres, a Depot wine glass keepsake and a preview of the night’s specials.
Purchase tickets online at www.LivingstonDepot.org or by calling (406) 222-2300. Admission opens the door to wine and beer tastings, appetizers, entertainment, prizes and a lively evening. •
