Last month for the 50 Mile Grill at Norris Hot Springs!
Norris Hot Springs has had a very busy summer, with visitors from all over the world at the Campground, and soakers taking in the waters in the historic wooden pool. The 50 Mile Grill has been serving the best of locally procured beef, bison, poultry, lamb and fish to folks six days a week and the consensus is the food has never been better. Norris is committed to bringing you the finest in organic food in the area and your meal is sustainably harvested from local ranches and gardens, including the onsite garden you can see from the Campground.
Over 900 pounds of vegetables, greens and edible flowers have been harvested so far this year – and the onions and root vegetables are up next! This onsite garden plays a huge role in providing nutritional meals for guests of Norris Hot Springs.
There’s something for every taste bud in your car (or RV) at the 50 Mile Grill – for the herbivores in your group, as well as the carnivores. The No Loose Dogs Saloon serves traditional favorites for the whole family too. Once the month wanes, the Grill will begin to reduce hours, so make a trek to Norris soon to enjoy the bounty of the region.
And don’t forget to quench your thirst with a large selection of craft beers and an ever-expanding wine list. Drinks for all ages are available, in addition to weekly dessert specials.
